IMEC Technology : Growing Plants Without Soil

In some country, availability of soil is a serious matters. The number of people growing rapidly, but the effort to fullfill people needs of foods are facing serious problems. Land become limited, so, automatically the soil which taking part as the planting media is extremely limited. In some country like Japan and europe countries, this problem need solution.

This soil problem is found its solution, Mebiol, has developed a method which give us ability to grow the plant in a thin film media. Mebiol named this technology as IMEC. This method give us ability to grow the plant and let it absorb the water from the thin film without letting germ, disease, and bacteria disturb the growing process. This technology is sustainably develop in order to accomodate the growing process of bigger plant like trees.
