A number of officially new moms out there might spend too much time in Twitter that it eventually inspires Huggies to invent a sensor that keeps tabs on the baby’s diaper and sends a tweet of reminder. Dubbed as TweetPee, the sensor appears as cute little blue bird emblem that is supposed to be attached on baby’s diaper.

TweetPee : Tweets Parents When Babies Wet Their Diapers

The idea is that when your baby’s diaper starts to get wet, the sensor will send a tweet right to you, reminding that your little angel needs a new diaper. You can then choose whether you’d like to retweet the message, so your followers know that you’re a very dedicated mom. Also, since the sensor is more sensitive than the baby’s skin, you can get the business done before your sweetheart cries out loud. Check it out on the video below!

Along with TweetPee, Huggies also releases an app that is supposed to kick the sensor’s functionality up a notch. The app will help parents monitor how many diapers they have used so that they can always be in-stock. You know that most parents are so busy that they often miss such an important little detail.

Sadly, TweetPee seems to be exclusive only in Portugal at the moment. So, unless you understand Portuguese, you might not be able to make the most out of it. Another catch is that it seems to be compatible only with iPhone. Last but not least,it seems to be unable to detect if your baby poops. Oh, if only it has the capability of Google Nose.
